Ready to Chop?

This is blueberry 47 days from switch to 12/12. It had pistols in about 10 days (not 100% sure). I've read this a 42 day strain. It looks mostly cloudy to me. I have a 60-100x hand held microscope but it's a bitch to use. These are camera shots blown up. Thanks in advance.

Thanks all. I'll check them again in about a week and see if I have any amber trichs. I was thinking another two weeks too but when I saw those cloudy-looking trichs I wasn't sure.

Another thing I wanted to ask about -- the hand held microscope I have has a bluish led light on it. If I turn the light on the microscope on when I use it, it makes most of the trichs look cloudy. If I leave it off and look at them just using ambient light (which is much harder) they look clearer. Like I said, the little microscope is a big PITA to use. Very frustrating because the buds move when you try to get it close and you have to move the opposite direction of what you're trying to do.

you will get used to it, trust me

also, you will definitely learn what milky looks like and what clear looks like....

milky is just that, they are opaque and u cannot see through them.... they look great as well.

it all comes with experience, just keep on keeping on!

Dont bother checking in a week the more you check the more resin you will have on your scope and not on the bud. Just wait at least 2 weeks before even thinking about looking at those under a scope. Those hairs will recede and the calyx's will swell and almost look seeded but they aren't, thats the bud! Hairy bud drys extra light. Those hairs need to recede to create the bud red hairs are only a indication harvest is nearing but nothing more. Please watch this video and listen to everything this lady says she knows what shes talking about. Well she does get a little carried away when talking about a horny plant but lol just watch it shes smart

The part about the vase of water is new to me and I will be trying that next harvest.

At 5 min you will see what a ripe plant looks like

Imo that guy harvest a little late but he apparently knows that strain. His buds could be harvested at anytime.

Hope that helps

i like to wait until most of the white hairs have gone brown before i bring in the scope.. then it can be a matter of days and not weeks to see the cloudy go to dark amber..
