Ready to Harvest?

First time grow. Most of the lower flowers are 75% orange hairs now but the top nug still has mostly fresh white pistils. Any advice as too how much longer i should wait? This plant may be nearing the 4 month mark. i tend to lose track of days


p.s. the top was close to the light and suffered some heat dmg on the fan leaves

Looking good bro, but that seems to be a Sativa dominant plant. That means it could take 10-12 weeks OR MORE to finish flowering. From the pics I'd say you're about 6-8 weeks into flower?? The pistils are not a good indication of where you're at as far as flowering goes. Get yourself a 100X mini microscope on eBay for $10 and get a close look at the trichomes. That's the only sure way to tell if your girl is ready. Clear = not ready, mostly cloudy = almost ready, all cloudy with some amber = good to go. That's what I look for anyway when I'm gonna harvest.

And if you're feeding it, stop for a while. Only water.
