Is my outdoor N.L auto from nirvana not growing because it's getting 13 hours sun? Its outside and where i live, no time of the year is 18/6. Most it goes too is 14/8.. Any ideas growth has been this size for 13days....im sure this is a dumb question so please don't bash me. This is my first time growing outside

No it wouldnt not grow because of that light schedule. It is a baby and it takes a few weeks to get to rapid growth when itll start growing like crazy. Granted if your light cycle stays so short itll probably just go right into flower.

So it will grow bigger and grow correctly or it won't? Sorry your answer was slightly confusing

If your days keep getting longer, like 14+ hours of light a day, then yes it will eventually get to rapid growth and grow vigorously and regularly. But if the days stay at short hours, it will probably just flower.

According to the website timeanddate.com, i planted the germinated seed April 9th with daylight for 12 hours and 29 minutes, the days steadily get longer until June 11th-13th when daylight hours will be 14 hours and 22minutes, after that it slowly but steadily gets shorter. Whats your opinion on it now? Am i wasting my time, and if so, should i plant regular feminized seeds instead of autos? Please help any replies i do take into serious consideration !! Bump

I probably should just bury some regular feminized seeds then just too be safe. I have 4 more auto seeds i am contemplating on burying considering i don't want too waste my money burying stuff that won't grow?!

The auto is less than 3 weeks old, relax it will grow imo. The growth may be a bit slow due to the short days this early in the season but give it couple more weeks and you will see big changes hopefully.

Does it get full sunlight all day?

Don't worry about the light schedule for flowering, auto's don't care. It affects growth but not the flowering cycle.

Yes it gets full sunlight for roughly 10 hours, and then it gets semi shade underneath a roof type fixture with holes in it. In my opinion its actually really great for the plant because it gets shade and at the same time it gets light. Its a fixture made for vines to grow on. Great reply i am very hopeful you are correct
