Received light from blue-sea loose clusters and daisy chain not working!! NORMAL??

Hey I was wondering if this is normal.. Im new to LED's and I got 2x 240 ufos actual draw 140 each.. I bought these for a buddy and well when we opened them 3 of the 8 clusters are loose and they had tapped them before they left plant instead of fixing them.. Also he wanted these for the daisy chain feature, and neither cord works and they have 6ft power cords.. Ive had nothing but bad luck lately ordering stuff.. Made its just my LUCK lol.. Im mainly concerned with loose clusters is this normal or a big deal.. What should I do, send them back get a discount on next order.. I have ordered them thru escrow on aliexpress and they don't get the money until I release it saying im happy with the product.. Which is good exp in my case..

write them, take some pics, and tell them you can email them showing them..

if you get to release money, then tell them you want new ones or you can return them

Hey, well I am pretty much screwed now, I took to long emailing them back and forth and the money got released today.. I wasn't able to get pictures today before the deadline.. Even if I do get screwed I just figured I would share my experience with them.. Not saying this happens every time but it did to me.. O well I guess ill try Bsled next or maybe cidly.. But I love the UFO's.. They are great for small spaces and no heat really..
