I tried it ONCE, only 50 % and 50 fresh. It's not worth it. The peat has decomposed too much and clogs up the porosity of the soil I think it screws up the Ph too. I recycle out all the perlite only now. I dump the old soil into a big tub of water and skim of the perlite with a strainer (it floats !) I mix that back in mostly for the top half of the pot, I prefer the feeder roots grow down into fresh Pro Mix.

i always get new soil works the bested trust me mit be a bit more but 100% will grow u see what he sayin and im an too

Do yourself a favor and don't listen to a word babyboi says. He even has claimed to grow 3 pounds with a 430 watter!

i got alot more off 1 plant will hps matter of strain and how tall u let them grow and how many bud spots r on the plants i got like almosted 3 pounds off of 6 plants in a 4x4 with a 430 watt hps so think about that....

thanks for the input iam going to do a little test on the next batch I start and see what kind off differences if any I will try to remember to post the results
