Sorry to say buddy but you got some bad genetics along with incorrect grow methods.
If I where to take a guess, This is not the Cannabis Sativa or Indica we want. This looks like Cannabis Ruderalis.
Though they contain little THC, these plants hold large potential for use in breeding, both in hemp and marijuana applications
Where did you get the seeds or cuttings from? Following the back of the GH bottle has proven results.
