Red plastic film?

Hi, first post. Probably a stupid question. Has anyone used red plastic film at the base of their plants? I've used it in an outoor garden with good results.
Thanks.

Works on most plants. Makes no diff as to color of produce. Works on melons, cukes, peppers, tomatoes, etc. I'm going to give it a try unless someone has tried it already.

Ive seen tomatoes first hand that were raised with red plastic under them. They were producing more tomatoes than the ones that were next to it without the plastic.

Shit would be bad ass if it was water permeable. Sounds like it would be total money on the weed plants. I know enough growers who cover their buckets in panda plastic collars in order to reflect light up.

I made that post in February. I tried it. Some with the red permeable film, and some without. I'll post some pics tomorrow when I get to my grow room. HD:peace:
