Regenerate a plant

Anyone have pics of a plant being trimmed and primed to regenrate a second harvest?

I'm getting redy to do just that shortly.

I've been doing it for a few years, lots of pics at various stages,too many to post pm me with any specific questions

cool agricolas! Tell me, is it worth it? I mean from what I understand it isnt a time saving benefit, as you still need to veg for a month. I believe the benefit is that it is coming from a known plant. How was the yeild?
Are my assumptions wrong?

For me, it's definitely worthwhile, I pollinate mine first, when they're ripe with seed, I debud them, cut back branches and roots by 2/3rds, and replant. the next time I flower them sinsemilla!

You cut back the roots? That part scares me. How about placing them into larger pots, would that accomplish the same?

It doesn't really save any time. cutting back the roots is no prob, these are tough lil ladies,
