Good thing he supports education....he needs some....so only plants that produce a substance that has potential psychoactivity should be banned from growing in apartments....the poisonous ones not so much because it's all about the safety of the residents...lol...

they cant stop it
if a patient has a license to grow..no one can stop them.
So that would only mean anyone can do the same ...(figure it out lol)
Be a real good case n court.

If it’s your primary residence and your a renter, your allowed to grow. If your growing in another location that you don’t live at, you need permission from owners.
There is more too, it and in a strange tangle of events. You can have your grow legal from canada, however if it alters there property in any shape or form. Examplea mold from humidity. Say you even have a 3 gram a day 15 plants.

15 plants in 7 gallon pots or
15 plants in a 120 gallon bed.

The rate of transpiration is high. In 48 hrs I have a 5 gallon bucket full of water.

Smell and the neighbors complaining takes away from, rights to peace.

Marijuana smoke and Fresh Marijuana harvesting are two different.things.

When You OWN keyword, you dont have to answer to anyone.

It's what you sign in your lease, small legal things.
