- Rep points??? WTF

Alright who out there can tell me how to give someone negative points?? I just told someone to use 6500k cfl for veg instead of 5500k for optimal results and someone tells me im wrong and it cost me 2 rep points!! Not sayin any names but thats fucked up!!!

yep yep... it got out of hand.... people make too big a deal about the neg rep, so it is limited to elite members..... which is the way it was supposed to be when it started
