Reputation Help

Hi RIU. I've been through the FAQs and tried uncountable "Searches" to no avail. I use a mobile phone for my inet conn. and have recently figured out switching to "full site" view will give me the use of the "reputation" feature where the mobile version doesn't. All was fine, I sent out some "reps" no probs. I got on-site this morning and tried to "rep" someone and when the "rep form" appeared it was nearly completely hidden behind and blocked by the header line above the RIU logo where the page title is. Has anyone had this issue while using their mobile to connect to RIU? Any resolutions? +rep for fix. lol

ive not had that problem on my phone, you may want to tell people what phone youre using, as every mobile is different
you may want to try resetting the phone, loggin out and back into riu, exiting the mobile browser,

It's no doubt how the page is written and or not being able to be decoded by mobile devices. I'm using IE10 tonight and see what Clayton was talking about, after a period or just pressing enter doesn't move to the next line.

its because IE 10 is not compatible with vbulletin systems for some things, clayton has a thread here which I have given him options and solutions to fixing his problem. https://www.rollitup.org/support/642633-enter-button-does-not-work.html

Thanks Sunni, I remember, he switched to googler chrome which I will no doubt do. Found a java exploit last week and it's driving me crazy as to where it came from.

Sorry. I totally forgot about the phone info. I'm using a Pantech P1040P. Service provider is AT&T. @Sunni. I logged off, shut everything down n came back. No joy. Still the same. Thanx for the suggestion though.

the only thing i can suggest aside from use a computer is to wait and see if anyone has this forum on here and they can offer help. cause riu does do mobile support were not "trained" nor told anything about it.

it actually have to do with vbulletin and IE's new browser, vbulletin is supposed to fix it shortly
however in the mean time

you can go to your general settings in my roll it up and scroll ALL the way to bottom and click
"Basic Editior- a simple text box"

I did actually. No matter what option I select, after I "save" it just always comes back to Vb4.

That's weird.
Do other settings get saved?

Could be what Sunni was talking about, updates to the forum itself.

@Sunni & Nutes. thanx yall. I went back n re-tried what Sunni suggested the first time, only this time I deleted the cookies from my browser and that got it. Still dont have the comment box but the button is accessible. thanx again. +reps have been sent.
