Response to Ounce in ur area....

That thread has been floating around for sometime now.. and everytime I go to the thread... everyones is like OMG i can get blah blah blah of a QP of so dope dope for 150!...... I just shake my head.... b/c I dont understand how someone can grow dope like that, putting money into the electric, materials, seeds, everything.. not to freakin mention the time and TLC u put into the plants. I just dont see how or why anyone wud sell that to someone for that.... thats a bunch of BS i think.. if im wrong... then so be it.. i just thought what everyone else has to think about it is all ... i usally got for 280-320 an ounce depending on who it is... a lil higher or lower....but i dont commerical grow it .. i just dont know..

Oz's were 20$ back in N.O. when I was a kid, it's called swag, Mexican brick weed, shake, street shit any poorly handled weed.

ya my dad(im almost 23) told me that they use to have things called "lids" where they wud just fill entire bag with weed then just flip the lid for like 20 or 25 buckaroos

The growers field hands may get prices like that, but the going street price is $400 - 450 per oz. on a good day

Yeah, but I was a kid in the late 90's weed was still that cheap not too long ago, even the price of swag is ridiculous now, buying weed is like buying gas you're getting raped you better know it now so it dosen't hurt as bad but no matter what you're always getting F'd in the A.

ive gotten qps for $175, but it was the shittiest of the shit seed infested brick. oz for 50. the bud that i actually enjoy is 220-250oz for kb indoors or outdoors, it dosnt really matter

the only way someone can get away with selling so cheap is if (1) their crop was ruined by a male and they just need to let it go, (2) they grow hundreds of plants like its no ones busness or (3) they get the weed damn near free

on the other hand, my fiend who just moved to OK is paying 60 for an 1/8 of indoor kb, i told him he and his brother are paying that guys rent

I remember "lids" and $40 oz Colombian gold lol and $15 tai sticks

The best smoke from that era was panama red, and probably went for $60 oz

Have to say I agree with this dude. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for giving discounts and of course it's easier to do this if you grew it, but $150 an oz is just too cheap. Going rate in my neck of the woods is $300-350 and If your'e charging 350 it better be worth it. When I get my op going right I plan on servin ozs for 275 standard price 250 for the homeboyz and if that price aint good enough then they can go fuck themselves cause I challenge them to be able to find the same quality at my price. Fuck that I'll smoke every bud with a fat smile on my face before I let my shit go for any less!

i can get from $20 an 1/8th to 280-320 an 0 for absolute primo. back in the day i knew this guy who only grew white russian, and we were close to his son so he would get out this big 10 gallon bucket filled too the top with primo thats been cured perfectly and would let us pay $50 for one hand full,250 for 5 handfulls. i mean like as much as u can cram into one hand using only one hand in the bucket. haha i got big hands lol

Im from the state that moves weight(AZ), people try to GIVE me pounds sometimes cause they dont want it to go to waste. i pay about 200 for a pound of reg. and about 1600 for dro. In the dirty southwest weed is like water, and water is gold(next to meth). lol for reals tho. And since most drug movement is supported by corrupt politicians it never stops.

Eh, usually the purp I get and the stuff I get at the club is around $300 an ounce. And this stuff is pretty good, but I went to Long Beach for a vacation once and this club there was selling some cheese weed that wasn't even really good, like it wasn't as potent as it could have been and it kind of tasted like hay, for $400 a fucking ounce. So it depends on where you live, what strain, how much you know, and most importantly who you know.

To be honest, I haven't seen a good sack of dank in months and I would pay $500 for a zip of some good buds this very second. I'm soooo tired of picking sticks, stems, and seeds out of my weed before I can roll it (forget a bong this weed tastes like shit) and I'm almost ready to take a break again until I can get my grow back up because that's the only way I'll have consistent good buds. When the dank is around though the highest I've seen it go for was $400 but I was offered some purple for $450 which never came threw tho.

I think it's just good business.

You sell ounces and qp's cheaper than everyone else, then people say "Why should I bother with that other shit?"

That's why you sell it that cheap. Of course, thats just my opinion.
