Returning to Growing Need Help on LED

Hi everyone.

Firstly please note, I am in the UK.

Five years ago I set up indoor growing, two one metre square tents (each about 3 x 3 foot) using two HPS lights in each tent, one tent veg, one flowering. I grow in soil not hydro purely because I like growing in soil and have no wish to go to hydro. I grew for personal use only, but I had too much so gave some to a neighbour on the condition he kept his mouth shut, which he did. He shared it out with a few friends of his, they do not know who I am I do not know who they are, on the instruction from me not to sell it, just have some fun with friends. He came back to me saying they loved it, wanted to know who grew it and can we have some more, so I was doing it right! He did not tell them anything. I stopped growing over two years ago, I was using too much because I had it, and best way was to stop.

Now, the neighbour has asked me to grow some so he can sell it on to these same friends. It is very small scale, and he knows and accepts this will not make a ton of cash, but pays for going out to a nice restaurant four or five times a year, that kind of thing.

Now, technology has moved on massively, and I want to go LED. I have done some research, and it looks like I will only need one tent, with four plants, no more. This keeps me well below the UK personal use limit of nine plants, and from what I can deduce, will be ample for what we want.

I am a perfectionist however, and the fun part is getting the best out of the plants. So, I think I am looking at an 8 x COB Cree set up. The problem seems to be finding a UK company that does what Timber do, construct the whole thing including frame, so I take delivery and just plug it in. It looks like best bet is 3500K, 8 COBS, two drivers for one tent, all purpose seedling to flowering to execution, which is what I want. If there is space in the tent I will grow some chillies, or strawberries, which I did successfully last time.

I like growing cannabis, it is fun to improve and see the results, and there is a little pocket money in it. There is no way this neighbour is a security risk, he is doing all the weighing and selling, I just grow the stuff, and we split start up costs and proceeds. So I want to use the best if it is possible and not overly expensive.

Am I heading in the right direction, and does anyone know if I can get the pre-made frame mounted Cree set up Timber do, but in the UK?

Thank you in advance.
