How long does it take for plants to get back to normal??

Ordinarily 3-5 weeks for 'normal' growth the restart... Assuming it went full flower before you dropped lights schedule back to a veg schedule.

First time grower and not sure they went full flower. If they didn't will they still go back to normal?

Yeah, your good either way: as long as you adjusted feed and upped the light hours.

They outside now full time, I only feed once a week with bud juice. Any other recommendations?

In pots with mixture, black earth soil, work castings and cow manure, also vermiculite and perlite

Worm castings lol pots are around 7-8 gln I'd guess

Is bud juice for 'bloom' phase?
If so, stop it asap and just return to your vegetation feed... (However you were feeding before the switch to bloom: which may have been just water..?!)
All that stuff is good for them.

No the bud juice is for all phases as far as I can tell. Least that's what it says on bottle.

One thing I'm wondering is what will happen to all the funky leaves?

Just an update plants look to me like they've returned to veg state finally.
