revegging after a finger thick bud has grown?

i have this little plant that i have put out in the sun to reveg. but there is a little finger thick bud on the top, will it be alright to reveg? will it take a long time to go back to veg?

You can re-veg anytime.

a- how long will it take until the plant goes back into veg mode?

b- im interested in knowing the growth here, will i see new shoots coming out of the top of the bud (obviously) but i guess my question is, can anyone explain this?

Yes you can reveg your plant with switching to a 24/0 cycle, expect 2-4 weeks. How about a photo?
