These clones came from a bubblegum mother 3 weeks into flower. They have been in the rock wool 7 days in a dome 75-80 degrees 65 -85 percent humidity. sprayed with distilled water super thrive and jump start every day. Watered with the JT and ST AN sensi 2 part senzyme f-1 and aquashield. ph 6.0 TDS 300 . 2 days ago the root formation began. I noticed small purple starting on the stem now its definitely showing in the whole stem taking over. I found where it could be three things 1. Temp which 75 -80 degrees should do that? 2. Nute deficiency I should have plenty nutes available and new root growth absorbing ? 3. Strain MoM definitely was Not purple like that. I could be missing sum thing or it could be sum thing else ? Chemical change of the re vegging process? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if your vegging with florescent light the stems will turn red from the UV light in it.
Yes currently I have them under 24/7 two 5ft 45 watt CFL 's one cool white one bright white. I see where the stems on the side are red but the main stalks are deep purple. I guess it could be a deep deep red. I really didn't want these but I'am a new medical M patient :joint: and this is all I could find in my area  This is the 8th day now of 24/7 should I wait 6 more days to go 18/6 or is it good now. :peace:

is that what they told you to do ? You can change whenever you want.
I couldn't find any good info specifically to clones being re vegged after 3 weeks of flower. The most promising info i found was put them under 24/7 for 2 weeks they will turn really yellow if they make it and root and grow past the flower, vegging out that they will be fine and could possibly carry the trait of flowering sooner. But under the most optimal conditions because they are 3 weeks into flower they wont make it. I figured my odds where 50/50.

how did those clones turn out?

I have the same issue with purple stems on my clones. They are 2 weeks old and have rooted well, but a bit water stressed also. While the t5 floro's can contribute to this, I believe it has more to do with high humidity. My room has been creeping up to +80%, so I went and bought a dehumidifier today.

Yeah I really hope somebody can answer this question 100% truthfully. I am experiencing similar problems with my clones. I'm starting to believe this is being caused by the Re-Vegging. Good news is most of my clones rooted very healthy and are now having 1-3 nodes of green growth each not to mention a few green miniscule leaves at the bottom of the stem.
