RIDGES in the leaf?!!!

I thought ruffles had ridges, but so does my plant!

1)Why are the leaves all ridged whereas my other plant is not?!
2)Why are the lower leaves beginning to yellow?
3)Why is this plant seeming to grow extremely slow compared to my other plant?

The other plant is growing beautifully and can be seen here. The soil conditions are practically identical although I wonder if I mixed too much dolomitic lime or blood meal into this one?

I think there is a problem with it because they're the same seeds and this one is growing a third of the speed and also the leaves are not getting nearly as large and it has been a month. The leaves are extremely ridged unlike the other plant.

in my experience the leaves ridge up like that when it is stretching, dose down your nutes because you should not always give the recommended amount when you start, these little guys may be too young for an "adult" dose... and just give them 4onces of premade mix at a time, twice a day.. worked for me,,,oh yeah, the leaves maybe yellowing because of soil PH, if it is high then make your nutes acidic..should balance them out...had this prob myself couple mos ago..good luck...
