So desperate times = mistakes. I know this guy from playing poker for a couple years. He smokes and typically says- "hey bro can you smoke me out"
Long story short he rips me off for 2 lbs by setting me up and pulling down an alley and releasing pounds from his trunk/ and hes like "bro that guy ripped us off"
I like smoking weed. I dont want to go to jail. I saw him at the poker room and was flipping out in my mind, I tolerated it and nothing.
Today he was there again and I flipped. I didnt break a bottle over his head, I put it down and just mushed him. Like 5 of his gypsy cousins jumped up, the can obviously beat me up in numbers.
Shit sux...

god will do that for me. and im not religious. It sucks that there are laws but my main concern is not going to jail.
I also burnt bridges because the poker room is my main source of income and im not sure what their view is on me muffing dude/ I removed myself. its probably worse in their eyes because he was in a tournament. I shouldve just manned up and hit him. His cousin stands behind him and seemed to be watching my table, but wouldnt ever look at me while I was staring at him is what set me off. Then after the scuffle was broken the player next to me spoke up to me about starting shit with his cousin??? I didnt know he was a gypsy too, they are all over?

he set me up, hes been asking for lbs for over a year. he presented a situation where he had cash in hand. He played me like a fiddle and it turned into US delivering it to his dealers HOUSE. So I put it in his car and then he says dealers wife is uptight so well wait outside the house. Dude shows, throws me an envelope of fake money while oushanna opened the trunk simultaneously??? I had cents in the bank, he got me at my lowest point.

I can get way lower than being broke, - I dont want to go to jail. I couldnt sit there and look at him though. THERES tons of people in jail with a similar story as mine/ he has a broken ankle, I could break that thing good with a lead pipe and that may not be deemed a deadly weapon.
