Ripping Hermi's Balls Off??

I apologize for the following graphic details but....

If a plant turns out to be a hermi, could one just rip off the balls?
Would it still produce buds? (even if they may not be as good as a female's)

I think it's too early to tell now if it is one or not,

There seems to be hairs on the nodes, but on one of the plants there is a small pear shaped bulb.

I only have two, this is for personal use, so if I could salvage it somehow (even if it's not ideal) I will.

I can't seem to take any clear pictures, and we're about 3 weeks into it since planting the germinated seeds, I'm just trying to figure out my options before it's too late

If u have what look like pear shaped bulbs that could quite possibly be a female preflower. Male preflowers tend to look more like claws like 3 little claws hard to explain but i hope it helps try searching pics of preflowers to help if you want to find out early otherwise wait it out and see.
