risk of starting seeds outside then bringing them in

i was thinking of starting maybe five plants outside in the sunlight for perhaps a week or two and then bringing them in under 400 hps

is there a risk here in terms of bugs or anything?
detection shouldn't be an issue with such small plants and my yard is big

i've been vegging outdoors for a couple weeks now. growth is 10 times faster. i put a 4" clone outside and in a week it is 12". then it goes back inside under a 600w HPS after a good dousing with don't-bug-me. it's been working great. i have starts from seed outside that look even better. nice fat stalks tight spacing. they get 12" and about 12 -14 nodes then they too go inside. i think i will do this all summer. if i see a plant in my outside garden that i just can't wait for, i can either take it inside or take a cutting and clone it. i will sex all my outdoor plants thru cloning. i usually have to wait until the end of summer to determine sex. i'm having so much fun.
