Riu stance on trading

Whats rollitup stance on trading seeds. For us small time people. I mean I buy a pack of 10 fem seeds pop 1-2 then most likely save them and try something new next go around. I'm sure it's not recommend because people ruin everything. Just curious

As for trading, it's verboten publicly, for good reason. But lot's of folks I'm told, build trust and friendships over time, and maybe hook up where it's not a RIU policy violation. Being a picture posting regular in popular threads doesn't hurt....just guessing.

It's definitely frowned upon, BUT, if you gain a friendship with someone, there is no reason that you cannot contact someone by private email and trade. (Keep it quiet though)

Don't see why it would be frowned upon to trade souvenir for souvenir if no money is trading hands.

That is something I always liked about shroomery, so many people eager to share.

It's a screwy topic. Here in MA, we can gift up to an ounce of mj to anyone over 21 (includes clones or seeds), however, you can't "market, advertise, or otherwise promote it to the public".,

That's mostly because they don't want a "wink-wink" open market running on places like craigslist. I kind of get it. But, it would be nce to be able to do it more openly.

How can Riu do anything about 2 people who met here working a trade off their site? I give no fucks what riu's official policy on the point is.

Probably b/c this site is so civilized and everyone gets along so well when all that's at stake is an opinion. Surely nothing could go wrong if you brought trading rare and valuable goods into the equation.

Aren't a lot of people on instagram now, might as well do it there where all the auctions go down.

Besides getting shut down by the police. It is bound to cause problems seeds get lost, dont germinate, different strain than said, personal info is made public. Reddit has some tree sharing subs for legal states.

Not to mention all the fucked up doxing that can happen should someone get their tits in a twist.
It takes time to build trustable relationships. I'd think most would be hard pressed to give their addy to a new member or someone with few pics of their grow just for a few extra seeds.
Don't get me wrong....there are LOTS of really cool cats here but they're some unstable freaks completely off their rockers too.

Some good deals to be had there. Just found a back-up pack of Sins I'd been looking for

I think that what would end up happening is people would trade bag seed saying that it's quality to get you to give up your quality seeds with the impression your getting something good.
I like the idea it's just that I don't have faith.

Nah. If I have trust in the amigo to make a trade, I trust his singles, too.

Earning cred takes time. It's more valuable than any pack of seeds.

Well yeah, I was just giving an option so there wasn't any hanky panky going on. But yeah if I trust you, then a single seed lyin about what genetics it is. Is the least of my worries
