RIVERSIDE: Court rules county can’t target dispensaries

A Riverside County Superior Court judge ruled Friday, Aug. 3, that the county can not shut down medical marijuana dispensaries in unincorporated areas.

This is how San Jose and Sacramento are doing it. Nothing changes. County dispensaries will be raided by the IRS/DEA and then vendors will start getting rolled on. I give it a year before it starts.
