A judge dissolved a Riverside injunction to shut down a medical marijuana dispensary in the city, agreeing that current law makes local government closures of the clinics unconstitutional.

Attorneys representing the city said they will immediately appeal, and the ruling got it wrong on the law. One called the ruling “mind boggling.”

The city was blocked but the FED's are already moving in. They just needed to get the ball rolling.

Notice the wording there?

"....agreeing that current law makes local government closures of the clinics unconstitutional"

History is just repeating itself here. I think that we are going to see a big push to quickly knock out the dispensaries in that area making them scarce and drive them to the "county" dispensaries. That's the same thing we've been seeing in the Sacramento and San Jose areas. Read up on those closures and you will see what's coming down the pipe for SoCal.
