Rockwool outside?

This may sound like an AM question
Could any one tell me what there opinion/experiences are with starting indoors with rock wool and then moving the seedlings outsides. How do u think the inert medium would do when put in to soil outsides. Iv transfered from rock cubes to soil indoors but never out.

SHOULD be fine... You could always transfer to a small pot and then cut the bottom out the pot and then put the pot in the ground...
