A lot of us are voting a straight democratic ticket because the republicans have not one motherfucking single thing to offer...They have NO platform...Go to their website and look...Three lines of hyperbole...The democratic website has 90+ pages outlining their platform...
They actually have a plan...The republican plan is to retain power at any cost, even insurrection.
They offer fucknuts like boebert, greene and gaetz....Good fucking god, you think any of them are fucking decent people? They're the worst kind of trash, dressed in their sunday clothes, still acting like it's friday night at the bar.
If the republicans gave us one...ONE decent candidate, then maybe some of us might give them a chance, but what they're offering now is a stinking bag of shitty trash, and as far as i'm concerned, they can carry that shit to the curb, themselves.
and calculating nonclowns like Rick Scott, Kevin McCarthy and Ron Johnson. Until the GOP starts regularly censuring its fascists instead of its sane members, there is no good in voting for even a comparatively moderate Republican.

Yeah man, top to bottom. Unless you have a unicorn Republican who is not actively utilizing a platform that is based on trolling everyone at all times so that the Republican led states can have the power to force a ten year old girl to birth her rapists legacy and make sure their citizens can't access Obamacare.

I look forward to one day having a Republican that makes me consider voting for them though. But they need to move hard against the fascist style brainwashing propaganda attack they are using to keep their cult engaged and voting.
The other precondition is that GOP leadership tolerates dissent.

And understand the separation of church and state.

And not be puppets for foreign dictators.

There is so much they need to own up to and move from before they can be trusted with power.
It is sobering to consider that the last real warning we got was from a Republican President. Eisenhower spoke about “the military-industrial complex”, and in great retrospect I think he saw and spoke to the antirepublican corporatocrats consolidating power after the war. Since then, every Republican, and possibly Johnson, has abetted the monied class and their Orwell-style designs for minority rule based on information control starting with the schools. Sixty years of it tells me that there is no easy way out or back.

Libertarians are pouring gasoline on the fire.
