Agreed. My tent will not allow for me to run my 1000w but if I had the same size room 4x4, same as my tent then I could run the lamp full height and not worry about bleaching. as far as heat goes yes ventilation will get rid of the heat. To each their own I guess. Lighting will always be a big concern to most growers. The trick is to find what works for YOU.

There is a point of diminishing returns.... using a light properly is a good thing, the idea of more more more is silly and unproductive

Temps not that bad. If you just have a single co2 bag in there its not really adding much to the grow. In tent that sizes you need like 6 to do much good. You can always tap into an ac duct or make a baffle to go over a vent and run that to the tent intake and it will pull ac air in just use a damper if its to cold.

sealed air cooled hoods will help get that hot air from the bulb out and away

As long as theirs constant air flow u should b ok
