Room venting question

i only want to vent my room once an hour in the winter time, will I need to supliment with co2 to help keep the ppm up around 400?

Depends on the size of your room and is it a sealed room or not

Depends what else you'll be pulling the air through too. A few scrubbers together have the potential to dent your air flow a fair bit.

It is a sealed room no scrubbers I was thinking that if I could slowly exchange the air over the course of an hr than I could set the room up to heat or cool the incoming fresh air so there would not be to much of a drastic temperature change. There is 1008 cf of air space in room empty.
