so if someone moves in with me in a state that allows for medical marijuana and grows at or under the legal amount of plants, am i prosecutable for these plants? like i rent, say the landlord finds em calls the cops(unlikely situation) whatever, would i get charged if he has a state liscense to grow?

In Washington state people are exempt from prosecution (State Prosecution) for just living in, or just being in, the same house as a legal med grow. As long as there is no proof of use by you. I can't speak for other states.

so why are you asking us if you can get in trouble? sounds like you know more than we do. :bigjoint:bongsmilie
i was just wondering if anyone knew of a roommate clause or something of that sort.... i am not worried about getting charged where i live with posession, but i have heard of law enforcement checking on some patients here to make sure they are within their legal limit of medicine and i just want to make sure that i cant get into anny trouble for his medical grow. i didnt think so, i just wanna make sure....
