Root Infestation

Hi, first time growing with aeroponics. everything has been going surprisingly well up until recently. the roots had been white and healthy, beautiful hair development. I went about 2 weeks without checking in the chamber. I had noticed some fungus gnats round the room but they had never been a problem. anyway when I finally looked in the root chamber I was thoroughly disgusted and the pictures should show why. the good news is I've heard these are relatively easy to get ride of. but in this number they are defiantly effecting the plants. the plants themselves look fine other than maybe being a little stunted. im about 3 weeks into flower and worried they wont be able to ride it out until harvest. I mixed in 5ml/gallon 35% h2o2 into the nut. res. and hit them dirrectly. hasn't seem to have any great effect. anybody have any good ideas on what I can try next to kill these bastards?! thanks

Interesting I'll have to look into that. I'm using the canna substra nut. Line. From what I understood they are all synthetic and microbes weren't practical. That's why I was adding h2o2 to the res.

Are there any products that I can spray directly on the roots without harming them? Any hydro or aero growers encounter this problem before?

Quite a few threads in every hydro forum with a variety of supposed solutions. I prefer preventing at all cost. Good luck man, quite frankly I'd start over.

So far I've heard yellow strips. Potato slices. And h2o2. But I need something more lethal at this point. And hopefully those things will prevent future infestations but I'm not even sure of that. There has to be other solutions though..? I don't see a point to scrapping these plants as they still look great up top and are only 5-6 weeks away from harvest
