Root rot in coco?

I have a two week seedling in 85% coco 15% perlite, and I think I may have overwatered it. I last watered four days ago, and since then all the leaves are drooping, and the cotyledon leaves have turned yellow. The stem is only an inch tall, but needs propping up or the whole thing falls over. The top leaves look healthy though.

Is this just overwatering, or root rot? To treat it, do I just let it dry out completely? H2O2?

Please help!!!

Is it sitting in the run off water? If it is it could be over-watering, but if it isn't then I doubt it seeming as you have perlite mixed in with your coco.

Are you feeding nutes? If so what strength?

No, not sitting in runoff, but I'm concerned that I may have simply watered too often following that flush. It's in a 1 gallon pot, and I watered once a day for 3 days after the flush. Nutes are at 1/3 strength. All my other seedlings being fed the same thing look super healthy, the only difference being this one was flushed heavily.

Also, the stem looks really weak, and is light colored, not darker like the other seedlings. The top growth really does look healthy though. The cotyledon leaves on the other hand have pretty much died off now...

A tiny little seedling in a 1 gallon pot being fed every day doesn't sound good to me. Just let it dry out a bit. It might already be too late though.
