Root rot or stained roots from nutes?

Just transplanted from my Oxycloner into canna coco. Using Canna A & B at 7ml/g with Athena Cleanse at 2ml/g. Noticed an orange hue on some of the roots. Canna A is an orange-ish color so not sure if its from that or not. My first water since transplanting will be in the morning and plan on hitting them with 10ml/g of Cleanse. What yall think?
