roots grew out of jiffy after just 4 days

so my seedlings sprouted only 4 days ago and today i noticed the roots have grown outside of the jiffy pellet this caught me a little by surprise so i decided to transfer them into there medium abit earlier than i had wanted "i probably may have been able to wait but first grow and all that so very little experience" the fact i couldn't water the medium and let it dry like they say to "i am using biobizz all mix" was annoying but i figured if i water the soil let it run off abit and mix abit of the same medium but drier it would work ok. So they are not too saturated " i hope" and they are now under a 125 w cfl and it is close but not too close. my question is this they are auto's is this massive change going to fuck them up? will the light going from 60w in the propogator to 125w outside and in new medium be too much too soon? and i know people say biobizz all mix is abit hot for seedlings "so i was waiting on the 2nd set of true leaves before i potted them but with the roots showing out the jiffy i didn't think i had a choice.any advice on any of these points greatly appreciated.

Putting autoflower seedlings in a spacious pot will give the roots more time to create a plant you will like. You didn't mess up by repotting them. Good luck.

Lol do is a favor please. When you write such long posts, break it up into paragraphs. It's much easier to read

Over saturating the water on a smal plant (seedling) in a large pot(lots of soil) is ok as long as you only do it once, and then wait for it to completely dry out(or dry out enough)

But if you were to completely saturate and then 1 or two or maybe even 3 days later, give another full watering, then you might run into some problems.

If you are worried about over watering, just let the soil completely dry out(but not bone dry!)in between waterings. I promise you won't hurt her.

Yes i just think the root growth is insane. The Advanced Nutrients B-52 and voodoo juice defiantly make a visible difference

Hey guys sorry i am hardly online didn't see these comments .

Tharoomman i apologise for my terrible grammar it was meant to be a short statement and got caught up in the moment hahahaha

Cool2burn that is crazy root growth mine was no where near that both my plants were growing outside the jiffy pellet it looked like a cactus.

Quick update on seedlings they have done me proud no problems what so ever with the transfer the problems ive seen are my own fault such as not doing appropriate maths with regard to extractor fans etc so at first we had a temp jump from 74F with a humidity of around 59% . to 79.8F with a humidity of 43%

this was quickly corrected and it is now sitting at around 76.0F with a humidity of 51% so i am happy with that for now will need to make more adjustments down the line but right now im leaving them to do their thing, i can see the 2nd set of leaves coming through and as soon as i have 2 nodes im starting lst.

Hope this format was more to your taste Tharoomman lol and good luck on the grow btw cool2burn.
