they should be fine as long as you have a airpump hooked up the bubbles will give it oxygen and the roots wont drown. hmm i could be wrong i dont know that systm but it looks like typical dwc.one of the vetrens will chime in im sure

ya .. what he said..... In DWC the roots are sitting in water all the time.... just keep and air stone in the res and you will be fine

You can put an air stone in there or just trim the roots back so there not in the water. Ether way would be fine, I have mothers in them and just trim the roots back.

If the roots are in the water then you deffinetaly nead a air stone in there. Just make sure the leaves show no sign of overwatering and you'll be alright. If they get over watered you can used hydrogen peroxyde as the cure.
