roots?!

Hey guys okay here's the problem my plants are doing fine I've had one plant that had some discoloration in the leaves but I took care of that by adjusting the pH and giving very very little amounts of nutrients account for dilution... The problem I'm having now is with the roots but the plants seem to be doing just fine the roots are brownish in color I've done my research its not root rot I assume. they are getting plenty of oxygen and the temperature stays around 68 degrees and the air temperature stays in around 71 to 72 degrees. the water is clear except for the nutrients making is slightly blue the plants have all of their leaves no bad smell the roots are not slimy just brown in color. I have been looking all over the internet even bought a book on growing elite marijuanaI don't know what else to do the pH these in around 6.0 to 6.1I have given them the correct amount of nutrients. I'm using a DWC setupI keep the level pretty good. it's driving me crazy the plants are just fine but the roots are brown they are growing really well I can't figure out the problem if there is one! if you guys have experienced this or know what may be going on please help I would hate to think that my plants will not grow to full maturity.

I've never tried hydro, so I may not know what I'm talking about, but I've heard of people washing thier roots and even pruning them to keep the healthy :)

if it's still growing and not showing any signs of root rot on leave or roots wait and see may just be stained
or use tea

is that a common occurrence in DWC system. and what do you mean by tea like just the tea bags are actually brew tea to put into the reservoir?

so if I understand you correctly I should go ahead and cut off the bad looking roots? and how exactly do you wash roots?this is my first time ever-growing with hydro I've never ran into these issues when I was growing with soil it's a bit of a head scratcher. all these issues are new to me the reason I went with hydro it's because it fits neatly into my apartment and way less mess.

No it's all six plants which is weird they all started off perfectly fine I actually got rid of my very first plant because of this issue I kept reading that the plant was very unhealthy people kept sayingthat it was a light issue so I corrected that problem by covering up the holes in my reservoir tank that did not do the trick.the plant was doing perfectly fine until I added a co2 booster pad I also made the mistake of giving it to much nutrients while I was still in the seedling stage but I mistook the way it look for its vegetative stage... So I got rid of it and planted 6 new seeds taking everything I have learned so far putting it to practice. but I wound up with the same brown roots yes the plans grow just fine aside from the slight over watering issue which I am correcting. someone just posted that they could just be stained... I'm hoping that's the case because the roots and the plants have no bad smells aside from what you would expect a pot plant to smell like which is beautiful awesomeness other than that there are no issues.

ok I have a question not exactly related to roots but I have one plant that looks like it was over watered but all the others look just fine is it possible for one plant to get too much water while in the same reservoir that my other 6 plants are in?

thought I'd drop in and give an update on my plants... They are doing very well it took a little bit to get them in proper health but after some minor tweaks they're doing fantastic. they have a very healthy root system and yes they were stained. I'm using plugs that came with the grow box that I bought and it's very dark brown once and rinsed off the roots they went into a slightly darker cream color but the rest of the routes that they are growing or milky white. thank you guys for giving me hints and tips and if I do have any more issues hopefully you guys will be the ones to read them. the advice everyone has been giving me is great it's helped me out a lot and if you guys lived to where I am I would happily share my harvest. once again thank you guys for all the help.
