So after the first topping, you then top the new tops? So what was 1 main stem became 2, and then 2 becomes 4? Thanks Roseman

Where I topped a few days ago, I already have two new sprouts beside the topped stem. it will be two or 3 weeks before they might be topped again.
I am also now finding other major limbs to top.

So where would be the next place you would top? On a few of the ones I topped; in addition to the 2 new stems, green is growing out of where I topped on the main stem. Did I not do it right or am I getting more than the 2 new stems?

I can not really tell from here if you done it right. Plants has ONE TOP, taht is the ONE Top on top of the plant, and you "top it" by removing it. To the sides, two grow back. There are other branches, other than that ONE TOP, and you also top them too. Those are the "other major limbs" I was referring to, to top.

so like maybe the shoot coming out between the main stem and the second node?

I sincerely believe that growing pot is one of the most magical, mystical, religious, spiritual experiences we can accomplish here on this earth.

I believe that growing pot brings us to a union with some sort of angels, or great spiritual beings, or LORDS of POT GROWERS, or some high and mighty spiritual beings.

I think that growing pot is watched over by some sort of angels, or great spiritual beings that guide us and the plant's growth.

I think there is a Lord or Angel of the water, of the light (or sun), of the air (or oxygen), that brings it all together for us, leading us to a great spiritual experience.

I think there is a big reason that the Creator God made pot have 600 to 1200 seeds on a plant, and made it very hardy and nearly indestructable and easy to grow and thrive and flourish.

I think it is miraculous that I can run over an outdoor plant with a pickup truck, and flaten it out on the ground, and it will continue to grow.(I've done it)

And I think it is miraculous that I can pull up a male plant outdoors, and throw it ten yards away on rocks and dirt in the woods and it will lay there and struggle to still live and survive and it's roots will dig into the dirt seeking food. (I've seen and done it)

I think there is a reason pot grows in every hemisphere that plants can grow in.

I think it is magical and mystical that a pot plant knows whether there is a plant of the opposite sex or same sex in the general area or vicinity of that plant. Even more amazing is the fact it can make a HERMIE just to insure it gets fertlized and continues to grow.

I think it is miraculous that I can plant a seed outdoors in March, April or May, and another one in July, and August, and they will all bloom at the same time.

And I think it is a miracle that I can take something the size of a pot seed and get enough buds to keep me and a few friends high for so long and for so many times.

Many years ago, I made a study of secret religions and early religions, esoteric religions.

There was a Jewish sect, one of three, that lived a life like monks, in the desert, named the Essenes. It was during the life time of Jesus, before and after. They were a secreative group, hid in the dessert and did not make themselves known much until 200 A.D. They would go into the city and fill their pockets with soil and waste, like sewage and garbage, and take it back to their dessert home and bury it in rows in the sand and grow food.
They were the sect of jews that Jesus favored and often visited. John the Baptist was associated with the Essenes. The Essenes shunned the Pharisees and Saduceses.

The Essenes believed in a Heavenly Father, Jehovah God, but they also believed in an Earthly Mother, based on Sophia, duality to Jehovah, the Goddess of Wisdom. They believed in Heavenly Angels and Earthly Angels too, and the Earthly Angels were the angels of the water, the angels of earth (soil) and the angels of the air, and that they all communed together to make things grow. Growing food was a very religious experience to them because they were communing with the angels.

I believe likewise. I have like 20+ books about them.

i think ya need a new pump man.No submersible pump should make the water HOT.....Like how hot?
Like 80 degrees. And I know it's the pump because the res is nice and cool even when the lights are on, but as soon as I turn on the pump it gets warm very quickly. I'll just buy a pump from stealth hydro or something. What would you recommend?

I would first get a bucket or reservoir of water, get it room temp, like 75 to 78 degrees. THEN, add the water pump, run it an hour and check the temp of the water, and see if it got warmer.

Ok so I've had my pump and light running for the past 2 hours and the reservoir is still cool...Now I'm confused. I guess I'll just roll with it and see if anything changes.

I just checked my water temp again and now it's getting warm. I guess after the pump runs for more than like 3 hours it starts to heat up. I'm sure it's the pump cause it's warmer than the water. I guess I'm buying a new pump then. What would you recommend?

I posted some pics of my grow 9-10-09 and realized it is 7 days later.
They are growing very rapidly. Temps stay at 82 to 84, Humidity is at 46 to 52%. My China made ppm meter quit working, and it was supposed to be a nice one too.
I am adding about three quarts of water daily now, and 1/8 packet (dose) of nutrients, daily. They look healthy enough to me, and the growth rate is very satisfactory. I am impressed!
Over each tank now is one 105 watt 6500k bulb, (one is spiral, one is tube type) one 85 watt 6500k bulb, and one 65 watt 2700k bulb. Over the bucket is one 4100k 105 watt spiral bulb, one 85 watt 6500 bulb, and one 65 watt 6500 bulb. I rotate and move the bulbs around every day, just re-arranging them over the plants.
Almost every day or every other day, I come home to a pH of about 7.0. I lower it to 6.0 almost every evening, on average. Some evenings it is 6.7 or 6.8, but I still lower it to 6.1 to 5.8. I can do it in one step normally, using 1/4 measured level teaspoon of pH Down to two quarts of 7.0 water.

This is the oldest tank, a week ahead of the other tank.

This is the bucket and I am feeding it 2/3 nutes, (it has 3 -3/4 gallons of water, instead of 6 gallons like the tanks have) but it seems to grow much faster.
I do have a slightly few more 6500k lumens than 2700k kumens on it than the two tanks have. And each cup has two feeder tubes running to it. It gets more air too per gallon in the tank, and it gets more air from the fan because it is in the middle of the closet in front of the fan.

Look inside the plant; lots of new major upward limbs or branches. It is going to have a lot of tops!

I have a cup of water sitting on top of the bucket, in between the plants.

This is the other tank, one week behind the other tank.
(If you have not read all of this, half the seeds I started made duds or runts and I had enough extra seed sprouted to replace them.)

I had a dead plant in this tank, the back row, center, that I removed today. A feeder tube got disconnected and it crispied up and died. All because i did not buy enough NEW tube and used one piece of used old tube, that did not fit tight and vibrated off! I tried to revive the sprout, and strangly, it had two healthy looking snow-white roots, but the top of the plant was dead, and it would not have survived the full dose of nutes I am feeding the other plants in the same tank.

The closet from the distance is seen here.

I believe in HIGH Humidity and Movement with a fan, during the Grow - Veg cycle.
Consider how much it rains in the rain forrests of Bolivia and parts of South America? or Africa? or where ever?
I mist them often, and they love it. ( I don't suggest misting often with HID lights)
