You all suck cause you can't read. I have read this thread from the beginning and wanted to scream every time one of you interrupted. I withheld because roseman said not to. Now we don't have an end because of all of you. I have never posted and most likely won't again because I can read and I can research. Roseman thank you very much for all your information. I have used it from the beginning of my grow and have a few weeks till I finish. I need it for medical reasons and couldn't have done it without you. My hat off to you.

Im a newbie i have a quick question for u excellent growers ...... Is a 42 watt daylight cfl also a fullspectrum cfl...... If so is it better to have full spectrum or 2700 spectrum since 2700 is the flowerin spec. ...... Im thinkin a 42 watt 2700 bulb will give u dense nugs an a 42 full spectrum might slack a lil ........... Can some one please help me plleeeaasssssee

I've heard many issues with using the suggested rain bird 2.0gph manifold (orange and black, home depot has it). It pours out water with an ecoplus 185gph pump and with 2 8" air stones in a 6 gallon res. Any suggestions? Barely any bubbles make it through the tubes, maybe use a needle to make some holes in the tubes at the beginning to drain some water out and hope it trickles or is the problem a lack of bubbles?

An aqua pump 20-60gal air pump with 2 8" aqua mist air stones in blue with the plastic holding it. Would the problem be the stones or the pump in a 14gal tote but only 6 gal res? Suggestions are appreciated!

that stupid drama is the fact that there was a large increase of people that seemed to have interest in hydro/CFL setups and Roseman was the "MAN" at that shit. He is the MAIN person who educated me on all that I can grow today. Everyone from noobs to leets posted on his thread and he would answer TONS of posts EVERY TIME he came on, not to mention the pms and so on. Well over the course of the time he had the bubble-heads thread and other hydro/cfl related threads and only had one request... DON'T FREAKING HIJACK THREADS. There are different threads for a reason and people didn't seem to care or respect Rosemans wishes of staying on topic. I was once a "bubble-head" since i was inducted lol half a year ago when it came out... now i grow organic soil and was going to contact Roseman for some for advice and let him know how much Ive learned and I find this.. i come to find hes gone since December because some ASSHOLES online cant freaking read.

whatever.. noobs will ruin the internet...(they already have)

The answer is all over this board. Look it up.

Search Roseman's Odor Control Bucket.

Daylight CFL's tend to burn between 5000k and 6500k.

During veg, it is best to have more of the 6500k lights. A mix of spectrums is always a good thing to have, but during veg you want roughly 80% of the light coming from 6500k bulbs.

When you go to flower, the opposite is true. You wan mostly 2700k bulbs. Again, a mix of spectrums always helps, but you want roughly 80% of bulbs during flower to be buring at 2700k.

Hope that helps. Let me know.

I am not familiar with that pump.

Do you have an irrigation manifold? With outlets? Can you cut back the flow of water in any way? Like halfway close the opening? You want a slight trickle, sounds like you are heavily watering.

How do the plants look? Water heavy?

To be honest, you might be just fine. Lets see how the plants look.

Do you have roots in the water yet? How far along?

More air is rarely a bad thing. What you have should work just fine. Adding more wouldn't hurt. I run two whisper 100 pumps with 4 airstones for my reservoir.

We left when we were no longer welcome.

Where did they all go?
Long story. Short answer, another forum.

hey Roseman thanks for all the great info and the breakdown in great detail of entire system! You have done a tremendous job and the growers that come here and use this system like myself owe you a debt we can not repay! Went by your blueprints here but just enlarged everything. I am in my 57th day. I started the beans on New Years day. It was my new year resolution to not have to but anymore smoke after march of this year. (lol) Only one I think I have followed thru on. Anyway here are some pictures will be harvesting over the next 10-14 days so wanted to post some pic's while they are still setup. All the plants are Autoflowering strains. 3-white dwarf, 1-Il Diavolo, 1-Red Dwarf, 1-AK48. I have 8 stations but lost 2 plants but worked out better because of the area. As you can tell in pic's grow tent is full. Also never expected these things to get this large. 3-5 foot all of them is unreal. Thanks again and you are TOPS!

I cant get 'dense nugs' with cfl's, no matter how many I use. I've done lots of grows and switching to hid lighting is best if you want harder 'nugs'.
I think roseman and those guys are over at that 420 site now.

And this is what happens when you mess around with AN nutrients, and overfertilize with way too much nitrogen.

You get stretched out running buds that are airy, and leafy, and freaky looking.

A lesson learned.. "Less is More"

What a shame. :-(

Other than that, a great tutorial! :bigjoint:
