My wife bought a rosebush yesterday, I planted it in a 15 gal container for now, full of Supersoil, I know, it's cheap crap, but anyway, anything I should do to make the transpland go better?

Just keep soil around it moist ( like with a spray bottle ) for the next few days. Then start up a watering cycle
