why do they always chicken out and say "mislead" or "misstated facts" instead of just saying that donald trump lied?

Trump uses 'maybe, think, could be, week or two and then the complete opposite of what he said in the same sentence basically canceling out the statement.
each word within the sentence has meaning especially when you put them together.
most of the time he says nothing on purpose.he does this during speech master of lies way of saying nothing.
listen to him and break down his sentence structure..most people don't hear 'hear' everything because of our new sense of urgency..we've stopped listening.
