running out of room FAST! HELP

I need some help on how to stop my autoberry from literally hitting the lights. They are florescent bulbs so they can touch the light without getting burned but that doesn't mean i want her to. A friend told me i could chop off the biggest of the fan leaves and that would slow it down.I thought about taking some thread or something and bending her then tying it down i forget what thats called but any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.THANX!

you can:
bend it with low stress training (LST)
use a screen to manipulate the plant upon (SCROG)
chop the head off to produce 2 branches from the nearest node and thus delaying the growth height-wise (topping)
you can pinch the stem pretty hard so the spot won't be able to hold the plants weight and bend down, but still be able to function. With this method you should NOT break the stem (supercropping)
Use a small pot so the plant won't have enough space to form roots and thus support vegitative growth, but it will start stressing and show deficiencies (root binding)
