Rust Spots On 1 week old seedlings +rep

i have 6 White Russian Seedlings that have 2 sets of leaves and some of the leaves are developing rust spots....

they are under Flo resents 18/6

come on... this should be an easy one.

Is there standing water on the leaves? what humidty are you at? how close is your fluro?
My opion, water damage..left from standing water.. a pic would make it easier....
