rv parks don't offer regular 110 hookups, all the shit in rvs runs on converters or inverters, so they have 10 amp dc service or something like that, not anything you could run a 600 watt light on, i'm pretty sure

Yeah shore power can be really problematic. A lot of the time park electric is a bit dodgy cuz they've already tried to spread it out too much. They do offer 110v though... It's your converter that turns it to 12v DC. Usually sites are offered w/ 20amp (regular household socket) 30amp and sometimes 50amp connection. Sometimes the rate they charge for electricity is well beyond what power companies are charge. Also keep in mind they'll see the bill. Personally it's hard enough not to get your bike stolen and RVs are easy as hell to get into, I guess it totally depends on the circumstance.
