S&P TD-150 be enough for my 4x4x7 sunhut?

im setting up a 4x4x7 sunhut and need some advice, is this fan efficient to run with a phresh filter (400cfm max) and a 1000watt inline hps reflector? i need it to stay cool too so will it all work or should i go with a higher cfm fan?
