i had this same thig happen to me what is happening is the water levels are to high
and is causeing and the bubbles are makeing water splash up and is over soking the rockwool
causeing it to be water logged (overwatered) look how dark the rockwool is
trust me on this i had it happen to many time
next time useing clone you can skip the rock wool step and have the stem in the water

and it does look like you need more air stones you can never have to many air stones i like mines to look like a deep fryer

Yup. You really don't want your rockwool to be in a constant state of soaking wet in a DWC setup. It will probably cause (stem) rot problems. which i did actually notice a bit of discoloration at the base of your plants but kind of hard to tell from the pic. I would drop the water level to keep the rw from getting wet.

Wait, what? I don't quite understand this hydro system. Seems kind of shallow and I (think) I see drippers?
http://www.bcnorthernlights.com/manuals/ProducerGrow_v5.pdf

dwc really doesnt need dripers you can hand water untill the roots touch the water the dwc will handle the rest

its to late now but next time dont ues rockwool on them at all, the only reason for the rockwool is to hald the in place anything can do that ( working with clones)

I just measured and they are about 3 inches away from the water. The reason they are wet is I just flushed them yesterday.

The reason the RW is so dark is I just flushed the plant yesterday. but before that they were bone dry. maybe a little too dry. I checked the water level. Bubbles are not hitting the rockwool.

And he already told you how many ppms there is 370 sometime less. It was in the very first post.

i just told you what was going on gat damit
WATER IS NOT HITTING ROCK WOOL!

The reason the RW is wet is because I just flushed the plant. They will be wet!

This thread is started because they were droopy. Before and after I watered and flushed.

BoneDry= Droopy
Flushed/wet=Droopy

So it's not that. Can we please use process of elimination to diagnose. I have been told all kinda shit. What to believe.

Should I try all the solutions? Would you do that? I am trying to figure this shit out.

Just added more nutes to make it exactly 50 ppms in the res.

I didn't want to change out the whole res. I just changed 2 days ago. and distilled water is expensive for 10 gal.

I didn't however water any of the plants who's roots are not touching water in the res.

So adding nutes will only, for now affect the plants with a solid root structure in the water.

Please let me know.

Also this plant's leaves feel papery and a little dry. Just not healthy. WTF. could that be due to my ppms being so low.

I wouldn't hand water any of the plants unless they really need it. If you let them dry out in between waterings than the roots will go down and search for more water. Your roots should all be out and hitting the water in no time

Tom your a cool cat! I really do appreciate all the help man. I spend a lot of time with these babies trying to take as best of care of them as I can. So I get fucking frustrated when shit like this happens.

I have grown plenty of times before.
ALL SOIL! All this water shit is messing me up. Thanks for putting up with my BS erlier. I am glad you stuck around. Thanks.
