Saving leaves

Wanted to try to make some bubble hash once I had enough leaves saved up. Other then the leaves is there any other part of the plant (stems) that should be saved for hash making. Also what is the best thing to save this stuff in and how long can it be saved for.

Man... I just found some OLD OLD OLD leaf/stem crap I saved in a wood box, it was over 5 years old. It tasted like garbage, but it did the trick. My guess is for making honey oil or whatever, it could be pretty old.. Not sure about hash, though.

Some people like to let it completely cure like buds, others like to take it straight off the plant and freeze it, others let it dry for a day or two then hash it up...

I like taking fresh leaf and freezing it right away.

Also all the trimmed leaves of the colas are saved as well as some stems that have visible trichs.

When you freeze it what do you put it in. I also heard use non-powerd latex gloves when cleaning up the buds the putting the gloves into a qiplock bag and freeze. the trichomes freeze together and you collect from the bottom of the bag. Does this sound true.

why do you freeze your leaves/sterms?

THC and then crystalizes it to keep it from falling off or drying out. make sure it's perfectly dry before freezing to prevent mold!
You can make either hash oil or a drink called the 'green dragon' from stems and old stalks
'Green Dragon' Vodka and stems. leaves, stalks, buds etc. just throw it all into a glass jar, keep it in a cool dark place, shake it once a week, after about 1 month this stuff will de drinkable (it must be mixed w/ Pineapple juice!)
P juice has enuf citrus in it to cut the weed taste (which can be quite bitter!) 2 parts g' dragon to one part p juice. do a shot or two wait about 3-5 minutes to feel the buzz, enjoy!!
p.s. the better quality the shake that goes into each of these (oil or drink) the better the taste and potency! (Duh!)

They would be fine apart from not holding very much.

With leaves the longer the better. I've had leaf trimmings for six months and i made some hash and i was better the second time around!! I usually make honey oil,hash with my leaf trims.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
