My pocket scale stopped working a couple weeks ago. My buddy said it's out of sinc? He also said he has some weights i could borrow, but doesn't know how to do this model. I wondering if anyone knows how to calibrate scales. I have this exact scale.

WOW long time no see russ! I looked but don't see anything. I just turned it on and held the 'mode' & 'tare' buttons, it said 'CAL' on the screen and then started flashing '100.00g'. I need to borrow those weights from my friend now because i think i'm on to something...

thats exactly it, sounds like the common calibration process, if your scale is only 100g capacity youll probobly only need the 100gram weight

a dollar bill is 1 gram, a nickel is 5. when it say CAL simply apply the 100 gram weight. it should do a bunch of flashy stuff then weigh out.

1. turn on scale
2. press and hold "mode" key until "cal" will be displayed.release the key
3. press "mode" key again. now the display reads "100.0"
4. place a 100g weight in the middle of platform. wait 3 to 4 seconds. the LCD display reads "PASS"
5. remove the weight an press the power key to turn off scale..FINISH!
