Hi all been thinking for a while at
waterfarming and using scrog net got
All my equipment on stand by but don't
Really know the correct way to scrog
The plants is it a case of filling the net
B4 flowering or just pull stems through
The net ive been told I want to try to
Get all my heads at the same height
By pushing them back into the net till
Others have caught up seen some
amazing reseults won't say where but
I'm sure you will I mean if anyone has a
Dialog on how to scrog could u pls pass
Some tips onto a newbeie to this method.
Thanks for taking the time to read
This and ur input would be much
Appreciated.
Thanx sunblaster.

They can be all the same height but if there a little different, switch small one's to one side and large one's on the other side of the scrog. I'll post some pictures of mine today

Thanx mate b appreciated. So the
Longest to the outside of the netting
So it gives the rest time to catch up
I have also been told I may need to
Veg them few wks longer is this true
And what is recommended veg period
Thanx again.

You should have your screen about 8-12" away from your soil, unless you're in a stealth box then much less probably half that. You want a 1x1ft space for each plant and veg em for about 4 weeks or until the tops of the plant comes thru the screen about 3 inches or so then switch to 12/12. The plants will go through vigorous growth when you first switch them to 12/12 and this is the period you will lace the plants through the screen, then they will start to flower a few weeks after.

Hope this helped,
OC

some incorrect info bein' handed about. place screen high enough to get hands under there. when plant sticks 2" above screen, attach it with zip-tie, and pull it back under screen and pop it through next hole over. any direction. you decide. when the plant now grows 2" thru screen, pull it under again and pop thru next hole. shazam.........yer scroggin'. repeat for branches as they reach screen. zip-tie is only for first bend. it is to be removed after side-shoots start to lock branch in place.

part 2..............when screen is about 80% full, flip to flower. use stretch to fill screen. scroggers flip anywhere from 60-80% filled depending on strain.

Sorry, I was mistaken, thanks scroglodyte, you do want let your screen fill up a bit before switching to 12/12. I usually do it about 50-60% of screen filled but yeah, depends on strain too..

Hi and thanx to all that replied to my post I am currently growing in soil and this crop is due to come down 2wks from now my plan is to grow them in a res with silver lid the res is 1.2 mtr by 60 cm wide I have put a pump in to set up a drip feed system plan is to grow in clay pebbles using sat in 8" pots I have cut 2 holes in the lid and installed a ceramic air stone and use the res as my feeding tank letting the roots grow towards the nutrient tank eventually will be constantly in the nutrient the I will turn off the dripper system I hope I've explained myself in a way you can understand I'm bascily coppying a method that a friend of a friend had going his plants grew so quickly he had to take them down 2wks into flower as he doesn't have the capacity to grow them very high they kept growing into his parabolic reflector it also pushed his net off it's clips I'm hoping I'll have better results as I'm not restricted on height. I know my system will work it's the scrogging of the net that I feel I may have probs with this may sound stupid to you experienced scroggers but am I going to grow horizontally or just try to get all the tops the same size then let them go also someone said i need 1 square ft per plant so could I do 3 in the tank I have..?
Cheers for replying spent a few quid on materials so would like to get it right first time.
Thanx again
