SCROG ready for 12/12?

This is my first time doing this method for a grow, right now its in a 2x2 tent and 5gal grow bag. Was wondering if i should let it fill in the net some more, or could i flip this momma in a few days with a flowering compost tea to compliment it? Hoping to get at least 4oz this run. Last grow was my first time doing it indoors with a proper light, got a little over 3oz from 3 plants in 1gal grow bags.

I would veg until they completely covers the floor

Looking great man, don't have any scrog advice but nice cover crop!

I dont get it, what makes it a scrog? when my 1 plant fills out the net will it be a scrog?

You’re fine they’re just being technical. If you can train your plants into a flat canopy and your strains have the genetics to hold your trains, you don’t even need a net. I’m actually trying this method for the first time this grow, going to put the net on at week3 just for support and maybe spread some branches a bit further out. But honestly, with your tent size and the canopy looking how it is you’re killing it!
