Scrubber CFM calculations?

I have been asked to build a scrubber for a very small space. It is exhausted by about 120cfm fan. Does anyone know how big the filter should be to equalize space/flow restriction?

How much of a drop do you want? 120CFM sounds like a PC fan. Feel ok with a 60CFM drop?
For a very small space, might be better with a gel (or even a few car fresheners

I like the vanilla ones)
