I've looked around and there are a lot of potential fixes.
First check humidity: Not high but not low 50%… however this hasn't changed so it is unlikely the problem.
Sometimes the airflow needs to be turnt up to improve performance. That seems to not work either.
I'm looking at a can filter and its not old at all… been in use for less than 8 weeks. Recently it has seemed to be unable to keep up with smells.
I've noticed the white cloth has turned black from the charcoal. I'm wondering is it time to change the charcoal? Wash the white cover? Its a 6 inch can scrubber… There shouldn't be any issues according to what I've read so far. What's going on?
