Sea of Green for a newbie?

hey guys, first time posting on this forum, been reading it for a long time tho, and i'd appreciate your input. Im excited to start a grow tent, wondering what you guys think of the sea of green method for a newbie? is it too complicated for someone who's never grown before? I was thinking of having a 5x5 flower tent, with a separate tent for cloning and vegging. Im gonna have a 1000 watt HPS, and planning on a nice indica, maybe aura indica from nirvana, grown in soil. if I vegged for a week or two, what kind of yield could I expect per plant? and is this method just asking for disaster from someone who has never grown before? would it be better for me to give more attention to less plants as I start out? thanks for the help, glad to finally be a member on this site.

grow 2-3 plants depending on how many clones you want and SoG with the clones, you can even use different nutes and techniques with each batch which allows you to learn and gain experience alot faster with alot less to lose since they are just small clones that you will be flowering.
just make sure you read up on mother maintenance and cloning

If you go with that strain or any heavy indica plant your going to want multiple plants. SOG is a really helpful growing method for Sativas, allowing you to utilize that tall stretchiness to really fill in the canopy. I would deffinitely go ahead and attempt it even if it is your first grow, it can really help if you need to limit the height of your grow and maximize canopy and coverage!

I scrog. The fence helps spread everything out so I get more yield with less training. You need to FIM top either way, six nodes Bro.
